I’m Jessie Alegría — CPT, Master Coach, dancer at heart, studio owner, and your unapologetic hype girl.

I grew up in Costa Rica surrounded by movement, music, and community.
I spent two decades teaching at major studios in the U.S.…
and then rebuilt my life — mind, body, identity — back in the jungle.

I believe movement should make you feel strong, safe, seen, and alive.

  • Why Train With Me

    I’m a Master Trainer with 20+ years of experience teaching movement — from Boston’s top studios (Barry’s, lululemon Studio, Flywheel, Equinox, Orangetheory and more) to founding my own businesses and now owning a beachside studio in Costa Rica.

    But what shapes the way I coach goes far deeper than titles or certifications.
    It’s the lived experience:

    • Rebuilding strength after a debilitating hip injury
    • Learning how to lift heavy again safely
    • Navigating anxiety, burnout, and identity shifts
    • Leaving a whole life behind to start over
